Do you accept insurance?

I am a self-pay practice — no insurance billing. This allows me to offer more time, flexibility, and truly personalized care. I can provide a superbill for potential HSA/FSA reimbursement.

How do I get my prescriptions?

Prescriptions are sent electronically to any pharmacy of your choice, including compounding pharmacies for customized hormone formulations.

What lab work is required?

Labs are tailored to your care needs. I use major lab networks so you can get bloodwork done locally. Lab costs are billed separately.

Is telehealth right for hormone therapy?

Absolutely. HRT is very well-suited to telehealth — most care is guided by conversation, symptoms, and lab results. Physical exams are rarely required.

What states do you serve?

Currently licensed in Delaware and accepting new patients. Pennsylvania licensure is in progress — join my waitlist above to be notified.

What technology do I need?

A smartphone, tablet, or computer with a camera and microphone. You'll receive a secure video link — no app download required.

What is the GLP-1 program?

I evaluate your candidacy for GLP-1 medications like semaglutide or tirzepatide, prescribe if appropriate, and manage your medication with ongoing monitoring. Medication costs are separate.

How do I pay?

Payment is collected securely online at booking. I accept all major credit cards, HSA, and FSA cards.
